Our production process
As a result of having a comprehensive and modern array of machines, we are able to complete your wishes and requirements with regard to flanges in an ideal way. Our all-in-one service ranges from flame-cut parts to finished flanges, including the necessary logistics.
We have the following technologies available:
| Cold / warm bending: | up to a max. diameter of 7000 mm |
| Welding: | • MIG / MAG manual welding • flash butt welding |
| Mechanical processing: | • CNC-controlled lathe, milling and CNC-drilling work with diameters from 250 to 7000 mm • Milling work up to dimensions 4000 (X) x 1800 (Y) x 1100 mm (Z) |
| Flame cutting: | • oxyacetylene cutting on CNC-controlled machines with sheet metal thickness of 8 – 200 mm. |
| Heat treating: | • Annealing and stress relieving up to a diameter of 4500 mm. |
| Quality management: | • organised operating procedures and trained specialists guarantee the high quality and punctual manufacture of our products. |
| Logistics: | • for our customers – from flame-cut parts to finished flanges, including the necessary logistics. |
