Quality control & assurance

The company´s own quality controls guarantee high-quality processing of our products.

This is proven by our many types of certification:

• manufacturer´s approval by Thuringia Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV) according to AD 2000-W9 and AD Data Sheet W0/TRD 10,
• manufacturer´s certification according to DIN EN 1090,
• approval for non-destructive testing according to DIN EN 473 in the UT 2, PT 2 and MT 2 test procedures,
• certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015,
• various procedural tests and approvals for MAG and flash butt welding,
• certified in acc. to DIN EN ISO 3834-2.

We use the following testing procedures for quality assurance purposes:

• US testing (UT),
• surface crack test with penetrant testing (PT),
• magnetic powder test (MT).
• destructive material tests.
